Barclays advert - did they really mean that?

A friend sent me this Barlays advert yesterday.  I suspect the word 'stop' in the final sentence of the first paragraph is a mistake!  Surely it should be 'spot'.

Then again, perhaps not!

Everything Engagement
I'm an Executive / Consultant / Expert who helps organisations to build their capability to engage customers. The best and most successful businesses have a clear strategy which has customers at its core, they design their operating model around it and engage their people with it. And as a result they are more successful. My passion is to enable people experiences which produce deep, long term, mutually beneficial relationships. Chronic short term thinking in business has resulted in companies that are failing because their customers don't trust them, and employees who are bored, disillusioned and frustrated. NOW MORE THAN EVER THIS NEEDS TO CHANGE! LinkedIn: http://uk.linkedin.com/in/timhadfield Twitter: @accordengage
